1. Select a theme
Choose a theme that will give a unifying aspect to your decor and stick to it. A simple decorating idea to select your style is to group your photos according to a theme: for example, black-and-white if you want a minimalist, futuristic and modern look or nature decorating pictures if you prefer an eco-friendly decor. Don’t forget that the theme selected will also have an impact on the color of your wall. For instance, keep in mind that black-and-white shots look best on a coloured wall and color decorating pictures look best on a wall of a different shade.
2. Arrange according to a focal point
Depending on the shapes and patterns of your home, think of how it’s better to hang your decorating photos. For example, choosing a large frame for a small room is obviously not a good decorating idea! A small decorating picture by itself on a large wall will also make the room feel out of balance.
